The Perfect Tune ~listen to music. Pick your favorite songs and just tune out all the other noise. A Breath of Fresh Air ~try going for a one-hour walk every day after school. Talk It Out ~tell your Mom, Dad, siblings, or friend what's bothering you. Feel the Burn ~exercise out any negative feelings. Work it out with crunches or whatever you want to do to get moving! Aromatherapy ~spritz on some of your favorite perfume or scented lotion. Me Time ~paint your nails, read a good book, sip a cup of tea, and take a nice hot bath. Word Workout ~write in your journal.
