There's been a lot of stuff going on lately what with the Boston bombing and the Texas accident. See below for some great ways to be less stressed! Listen to your favorite songs. Find that music that touches your heart, soothes your spirit, or makes you want to sing along. Take a walk. Walk off that steam. Think about all your problems. On your way back, think about them melting away. Talk about your problems with someone like your Mom. She'll appreciate that you opened your heart to her, and you'll feel better. Exercise. This is a natural stress reliever because it releases endorphins. Start with three days a week to maintain a fitness level. Aromatherapy will help. Spritz on your favorite perfume or your best lotion. The smells will relax you or recall happier times. Have a Me Day. Do relaxing stuff just for yourself. When Boston Leaves You Reeling

You may not have witnessed the explosions in Boston yesterday, but you still "saw" them in the media. It was all over the news. And for good reason. People died and were injured. People lost their loved ones. The family that lost that eight year old boy also had the mother suffer brain damage and a daughter lose a leg. Why? No one knows. What good can come out of all this evil? We don't know. We may become more united than ever as a country. The perpetrators may come to light. But in the end, lives were lost and shattered. Changed forever. An activity as innocent as a marathon, people coming together to exercise in the sunshine and those watching them were marred quick as a wink. We pray for everyone involved.
