Ways To Reduce Stress
The Perfect Tune~listen to music. Pick your favorite songs and just tune out all the other noise.
A Breath of Fresh Air~try going for a one-hour walk every day after school.
Talk It Out~tell your Mom, Dad, siblings, or friend what's bothering you.
Feel the Burn~exercise out any negative feelings. Work it out with crunches or whatever you want to do to get moving!
Aromatherapy~spritz on some of your favorite perfume or scented lotion.
Me Time~paint your nails, read a good book, sip a cup of tea, and take a nice hot bath.
Word Workout~write in your journal. It is your personal place to vent.
